Using Salesivo
By installing Salesivo on a store, you agree to use the service lawfully, respect your shoppers, and not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
Billing
Plans renew monthly or annually. Cancel any time from your dashboard — your store keeps running through the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Uptime
We target 99.99% uptime on Growth and Enterprise plans. Service credits are detailed in your contract.
Liability
Salesivo's liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Full legal terms are available on request to legal@salesivo.co.
Governing law & entity
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Salesivo is operated by Salesivo LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, with principal office at 1580 N Logan St, Ste 660 #614541, Denver, CO 80203, USA.
